ODBC CREATIONS

At DBC CREATIONS, we are committed to delivering high-quality, thoughtfully crafted pieces. Due to the nature of our designs and our commitment to excellence, we have outlined our return and refund policy below.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • All original tags must be intact
  • Items must not be damaged, altered or stained (including makeup stains)

Please note: Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom-made or altered pieces
  • Worn or used items

💳 Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds
  • Approved returns will be issued as:
    • Store credit, or
    • Exchange for another item

Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date issued.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:

  • The item received is defective or damaged
  • You wish to change for a different size (subject to availability)

Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

🚚 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Send an email to: admin@dbccreations.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

  • DBC CREATIONS reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet our policy
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
