At DBC CREATIONS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality garments and ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also have all original tags attached.
Please note, sale items or personalized/customized products are not eligible for returns.
Return Process

- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your items. Please ensure you include a copy of your order receipt in the package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange. Exchange requests are subject to availability.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. Wrong size, wrong color and defective item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on gift cards, sale items, or personalized/custom orders.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {contact@dbccreations.com} with your stamped official bank statement of the period of your purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are any defect or damage from our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [contact@dbccreations.com]. and send your item to: {IJ Plaza Beside Madonna Catholic Hospital Aba Road Umuahia}.
Shipping Location
